The hero known as Power Sync is rumored to be working for, or may possibly be, Professor Don T. Shutte (a.k.a. The Kineticist) from the Institute for Supraphysical Research.

What is known is that Power Sync is utilizing the next generation of the world famous Kinetisuit that allows the Kineticist to perform his miraculous feats.

This version of the suit, project name 'CRM-114', is much less bulky than the original and uses nanonuclear reactors throughout its structure instead of the all electrical system of the Kinetisuit, giving it similar electro-magnetic field manipulation function but a superior radiation-based offensive capability that not only damages, but severly erodes the defenses of a given foe.

Power Sync can usually be found, almost exclusively, working with some of finest scrappers that Paragon City has to offer.
