The hero known as The Kineticist is, in fact, Professor Donald T. Shutte.   Professor Shutte is the Nikola Tesla Endowed Chair of the Department of Electro-Magnetics at the Institute for Supraphysical Research, as well as the lead researcher for the Gizmometry Division of the Creytheon Corporation.

Professor Shutte's scientific career has culminated in the development of the Kinetisuit.   A cybernetic bodysuit that allows the wearer to manipulate electrical and electro-magnetic fields.   The extreme cost of manufacturing the Kinetisuit disqualified it as a candidate for a Pentagon contract and as a result, Creytheon ceased active development of the project.

On his own time, Don Shutte continues to perfect the two prototype suits, Kinetisuit and Kinetisuit Mach II (gold plated for better conduction).   Under name 'The Kineticist' he wields the power of his creation to fight crime everywhere and assist n00bs whenever he feels the urge.

This is my first CoH character and my first CoH/CoV toon to reach level 50.
